Terms & Conditions

Last updated August 20, 2026

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of appdrop.com and related platforms, tools, newsletters, and services (collectively, “Appdrop,” “Platform,” “Services”), provided by DT Technology Systems, Inc. (“DT,” “we,” “us”). By visiting Appdrop, creating an account, or submitting an application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. About Appdrop

Appdrop is a community platform, registry, and discovery hub for experimental software, vibe-coded apps, creative tools, and digital experiences. We provide creators with a space to showcase and distribute their work, and audiences with a place to discover new and interesting software.

2. Eligibility and accounts

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use Appdrop.
  • Browsing and launching public apps generally does not require an account.
  • If you create an account to publish apps or curate collections, you agree to provide accurate information and safeguard your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. App submissions and creator content

Appdrop empowers creators to share their work with the world. When you submit an app, tool, or media to Appdrop:

  • Ownership. You retain 100% ownership and intellectual property rights in the software, code, assets, and content you create. Appdrop does not claim ownership over your apps.
  • License to feature and display. By submitting your app to Appdrop, you grant DT a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to index, display, feature, preview, screenshot, and promote your app across appdrop.com, our social channels, newsletters, livestreams, and marketing materials.
  • Creator representations. You represent and warrant that:
    • You own or have obtained all necessary licenses, permissions, and rights to submit and distribute the app.
    • Your app does not infringe upon any third party’s intellectual property, privacy, or proprietary rights.
    • Your app does not contain viruses, malware, trojans, spyware, keyloggers, unauthorized data extractors, or harmful code.
    • Your app does not violate any applicable local, national, or international laws.

4. Third-party apps and external links

Appdrop serves as a directory and discovery engine. Many applications listed on Appdrop are hosted, managed, and operated independently by third-party creators or external domains:

  • DT does not build, control, endorse, monitor, or guarantee the operation, security, safety, or accuracy of third-party apps listed on the Platform.
  • Your interaction with, use of, or payment to any third-party app is strictly between you and that creator or third party.
  • DT is not liable for any loss, damage, data breach, or harm resulting from your interaction with third-party software found via Appdrop.

5. Intellectual property of Appdrop

The Appdrop name, brand identity, website design, UI, graphics, logos, platform software, and documentation are the exclusive intellectual property of DT Technology Systems, Inc. and its licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, scrape at scale, or exploit Appdrop’s platform infrastructure without our prior written consent. Use of the Platform software is also subject to our End User License Agreement.

6. Acceptable use and prohibited conduct

When using Appdrop, you agree not to:

  • Use Appdrop for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purpose.
  • Upload, list, or distribute malware, phishing links, exploitative software, or deceptive clones.
  • Publish or promote content that is hateful, abusive, defamatory, harassing, sexually explicit involving minors, or that promotes violence.
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or place an unreasonable load on Appdrop’s servers, APIs, or networks.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, administrative systems, or user data.
  • Artificially manipulate app rankings, vote counts, or metrics through bots, spam, or coordinated deceptive behavior.

7. Content moderation and removal

DT reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to:

  • Review, categorize, feature, unlist, reject, or remove any app, submission, profile, or comment at any time, for any reason (including reported bugs, security risks, IP infringement, or violations of these Terms).
  • Suspend or terminate creator accounts or platform access for repeated or severe violations.

8. Copyright and DMCA policy

We respect intellectual property rights and respond promptly to legitimate notices of copyright infringement. If you believe your copyrighted work has been improperly shared or linked on Appdrop, please send a notice containing relevant details to hi@dangertesting.com.

9. Disclaimers

Appdrop is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. DT makes no express or implied warranties regarding uptime, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or that the Services or any listed apps will be uninterrupted, bug-free, or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DT Technology Systems, Inc., its directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, system downtime, or reputational harm arising out of your access to, use of, or inability to use Appdrop or third-party apps discovered through Appdrop.

DT’s aggregate liability for all claims relating to Appdrop shall not exceed the amount you paid DT (if any) in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
